NPOT CAMP GEAR Wholesale Policy

We NPOT welcome global distributors, retailers, and brand partners to join our wholesale network and share the vision of “Redefining Outdoor Comfort with Smart Design.”

1. Minimum Order & Customization

Our standard MOQ for wholesale orders starts from 50–100 units per SKU. We support OEM/ODM customization, including logo printing, packaging design, color matching, and product material upgrades. Exclusive regional distribution rights can be discussed for long-term partners.

2. Pricing & Terms

We offer competitive FOB Ningbo/Shanghai prices and tiered discounts based on volume. Quotation includes product, packaging, and quality control fees. Payment terms are typically 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, with flexible options for repeat buyers.

3. Lead Time & Logistics

Standard production lead time is 25–40 days after deposit. NPOT provides global shipping support, including FCL, LCL, and Amazon FBA delivery solutions. We assist in export documentation, product labeling, and customs declaration.

4. Quality & Compliance

All products are EN581 / REACH / BSCI compliant and undergo multiple quality inspections. NPOT emphasizes repairable structures, recyclable materials, and carbon-neutral packaging, ensuring durability and sustainability.

5. Partnership & Support
